Include the affected page or official notice link, what you expected and when it happened. Do not send your password, verification/reset link, sensitive bid documents or private shortlist notes.

This is a small free beta with manual support. There is no guaranteed response time. We cannot extend a buyer’s deadline, confirm eligibility or submit a bid for you.

Sign-in, verification and password resets

Verify your email before signing in. Verification links expire after 30 minutes; password-reset links expire after one hour. Request a new link from Your account and check spam. A successful password reset signs out existing sessions.

Missing or unexpected tenders

Check the source status and observation date, then open the official notice. A missing result does not mean no tender exists. Report an incorrect classification or source link with its notice ID; your pursue/dismiss decision does not change the publisher’s notice.

Your data and privacy requests

You can delete your account from Your account. For a copy of your saved work, access, correction, deletion or a public-notice personal-data concern, email support with enough information to identify the request. We may need to verify your identity; never email a password.
