UK / SOURCES & COVERAGE

UK tender coverage and source dates

Use this inventory to discover and assess public opportunities, then confirm the latest notice and documents with the official publisher. It is a targeted collection, not every UK tender.

Find a Tender

Targeted discovery of new and changed notices, with accepted-history checks for eligible records. Captured releases and accepted full records remain distinct. Acquired date windows and later reconciliation have gaps; they are not evidence of complete coverage.

Contracts Finder

Retained historical captured releases only. This product does not currently run a continuous Contracts Finder feed or claim that these captures are current full histories.

What this publication contains

Counts describe source processes in the retained inventory. Categories overlap, and two sources can describe the same project. Counts are not the number of open jobs or separate buyers.

Three dates, three different meanings

Published response deadline

The buyer's recorded response date. Lots and expressions of interest can have different dates. Confirm the latest official notice and participation instructions; a future captured date alone does not prove that bidding is open.

Source response observed

When this product observed a particular source response. A recently rendered page or republished inventory does not renew that observation. Older accepted records stay labelled as dated snapshots.

Inventory publication

When a retained inventory generation was prepared. The acquired-through checkpoint describes discovery progress, not a guarantee that every notice before that time was collected or rechecked.

Where coverage stops

  • Missing historical windows, notices indexed after a reconciliation pass and records held for inspection can leave gaps. An absent result is not proof that an opportunity does not exist.
  • Other UK procurement portals, unpublished buying and documents or invitations behind portal logins are outside this product's proved collection. This is not a complete national procurement register.
  • Unknown geography, route, scope or qualification requirements stay unknown. A UK-source notice does not by itself establish the performance location or your right to participate.
  • US procurement is unavailable. It has no notices, search or saved workspace in this release.

How freshness labels work

A fresh tender-stage label requires a recent accepted record response within the two-hour display gate, plus the existing status, deadline and evidence checks. Older captures can still be useful research, but are not promoted to verified-current opportunities. This is not a promise to recheck every notice every two hours.

If publication is updating, fenced, expired or unavailable, current-source claims and match comparison are withheld. Last usable captured records may remain browseable with warnings. No change is inferred from silence, and opening a notice does not resolve a source exception.

Your decision is separate from source status

Pursue or dismiss records your own decision. It does not change the publisher's status, verify eligibility or submit a bid. Use the official source and complete documents before acting.
